Human and Clinical Nutrition
The purpose of this section is to publish original research studies relevant to human and clinical nutrition such as controlled clinical studies. Public health and epidemiologic studies relevant to human nutrition, and innovative investigations of nutritional questions that employ epigenetic, genomic, proteomic, and metabolomic approaches are also essential components of this category.
The journal welcomes original research, reviews, case reports and brief communications based on clinical, metabolic and epidemiological studies related to nutrition and cancer that describe methodologies, mechanisms, associations and benefits of nutritional interventions for clinical disease and health promotion.
